System Analyst / Technical Consultant (In-House) (HK$35K - $55K) (Ref. No.: 26390)

Our client, a Semi-Government Body, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

• Support project manager to implement and deliver IT solutions
• Perform user requirement study, system analysis and pre-project solution assessment
• Manage vendors, business partners and contractors to deliver the IT solutions within the project timeline and cost, and ensure the quality of the deliverables
• Coordinate and support users in conducting UAT
• Participate and to manage vendor for conducting non-functional tests
• Support for system change for deployment
• Provide support and maintenance, including application accounts management and incident follow-up for Corporate websites, content management systems and related workflow systems
• Participate and support the ODC applications handover process

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in websites / system support and development
• Experience in requirement study, system analysis and design
• Sound experience in Corporate application development such as SharePoint, J2EE, System Development; and Cloud Application / Technology is an advantage
• Experience in ServiceNow workflow process implementation is an advantage
• Knowledge in System Development Life Cycle, Agile Methodology and vendor management
• Ability to assume a technical / consultant leadership role
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure independently and as a team, with good multitasking skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; good command of Putonghua is an added advantage
