Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Coordinate daily system support and maintenance services for IT systems and websites.
- Assist project teams to carry out security risk assessment and audit, system analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, nursing, maintenance and documentation.
- Prepare technical specification for the procurement of IT equipment and services.
- Provide full IT support arising from the system and offices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree/ Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines;
- Proficiency in technical support of systems software and website maintenance.
- Professional knowledge on PC/LAN support and office automation support and problem resolution.
- Good liaison/communication skills with external parties such as maintenance contractors of the existing systems and/or other vendors.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
