Systems Analyst / Senior System Analyst / Assistant Manager (HK$60K - $75K+) (Ref. No.: 26525)
Our client, a public sector is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- System development, enhancement and maintenance for various system
- Analyze, design and specify program components of IT systems
- Coordinate with contractors to deliver the projects and prepare deliverables
- Assist in technical assessment development and testing
- Provide facilitation and prepare documentations to internal and external parties
- Work with the contractor maintenance team and users on the change or enhancement requests, in particular on system design, testing, UAT, user training and rollout
- Perform quality assurance for application enhancement
- Oversee and monitor the progress of various project activities to meet project schedule and work assignment
Job Requirements
- Degree / Higher Diploma or above in IT related subjects
- Solid experience in systems development, enhancement and maintenance
- Good communication, client services, coordination and liaison skills
- Experience in Restful API, JavaScript, XML
- Experience in data privacy, security
- Good knowledge with Agile or PMP methodology
- Good Experience in vendor and project management
- Self-motivate, independent, polite, fast learning and good team player
