Systems Analyst / Senior System Analyst (HK$60K - $70K+) (Ref. No.: 26525)

Our client, a public sector, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

• Perform System Analysis & Design, System Implementation & Integration, System Maintenance & Support for existing system and upcoming new projects
• Provide technical advice and supervise the contractor in the establishment, trial run and / or enhancement
• Gather and analyse user requirements, liaise with stakeholders and user in devising function requirements
• Implement quality control and best coding practices in the enhancement process
• Perform program, system and user acceptance tests, pre-implementation setup for the electronic system
• Prepare and compile program specifications and other documentations
• Provide live run and project management support for the electronic system

Job Requirements

• Solid experience in system development and system maintenance of web application systems, and monitoring outsourcing projects
• Hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Spring boot programming
• Have experience with Restful API, React.js, Angular.js is preferable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Good interpersonal skills, and capable of working independently and under pressure
• Less experience will consider as Analyst Programmer
