Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position

Lead and oversee daily operation of Investor Services Delivery
Fully responsible for leading and management of the fund service quality and service enhancement of investor service with coverage in Clients’ Facing and Account Opening Onboarding to clients
Manage and lead the work of control monitoring in the investor services delivery workflow for improvement recommendations
Regular control on service level of service vendor, custodians and fund managers
Enhance the lifecycle process of lifting up the standards of MPF Fund / OSRO Fund / Pension & Investment Fund Services delivery
Involve in planning and development of new policies / procedures / manuals
Plan, manage and control all aspects of team operations to ensure maximum profitability and the attainment of business and operating objectives

University degree holder
Current as Manager / Senior Manager / Team Lead position of Investor Services with MPF Fund / OSRO Fund / Pension & Investment Fund Sectors
Proven Experience in Investor Services, Clients’ Facing and Account Opening Onboarding to clients
With MPF / ORSO / Pension Products Knowledge on Business Side
Familiar with Funds Services / Clients Communications / Client Registration / Quality Services
Good understanding of MPF Regulation, AML procedures, KYC, FATCA and CRS regulation and reporting procedures
Knowledge in Fund Transfer Agency / Fund Pricing / Fund Redemption / Account Opening / KYC will be an advantage
A mature, detail-minded and confident team player with initiative and able to work independently
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and able to manage confrontational issues
Able to exercise judgment, work under great pressure and liaise effectively with the various business units and supporting units
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Mandarin
