Job Opening - Global Executive

Our client, a Leading Consumer Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Lead the planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure of key infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, server migrations, data center consolidations, cloud deployments, office relocations and IT Transformation program.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and schedules using industry standard tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders using Agile methodology.
Serve as the primary point of communication for project status, updates, and escalations. Develop and distribute clear, concise, and regular status reports to stakeholders, sponsors, and team members, highlighting progress, risks, budget, and key milestones.
Facilitate effective project meetings, including kick-offs, steering committee meetings, and daily stand-ups, ensuring agendas are clear and minutes/action items are distributed.
Develop comprehensive project budgets and forecasts. Track all infrastructure-related costs, including hardware, software, labor, and vendor expenses, and report on Capex & Opex. Manage the procurement process, including the creation of RFPs, evaluation of bids, and vendor selection. Provide regular financial reporting, analyzing variances between actual costs and the budget, and explaining discrepancies.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field PMP, PRINCE2, ACP, or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a specific focus on IT or infrastructure projects.
Strong sense of ownership and experience in handling infrastructure-related projects and tasks. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin required.
