Trustee Services Manager (HK$60K - $80K) (Ref. No.: 27133)
Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Provide Trustee and Fiduciary Services for different Funds products including Pension, MPF and ORSO, SFC Authorised Funds, Trust Funds, Investment Funds etc.
- Monitor due diligence, internal control procedures / policies / client on-boardings on Pension, MPF and ORSO, SFC Authorised Funds, Trust Funds, Investment Funds etc
- Ensure duties as trustee and fiduciary are performed in accordance with appropriate regulatory and governance frameworks, the laws and rules of the financial and other regulatory bodies including MPFA, SFC and CIMA etc
Job Requirements
- Degree holder
- Proven experience in trustee / fiduciary / compliance coverage in Pension, MPF and ORSO
- Involve in regulatory and governance frameworks for Trustee Services and OROS Funds
- A self-initiative, detail-minded and confident team player with initiative and able to work independently
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and able to manage confrontational issues
- Able to exercise judgment, work under great pressure and liaise effectively with the various business units and supporting units
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
