US Equities Sales Trader (Night Shift) (Ref. No.: 27060)
Our client, an Investment Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Provide US trade execution services for clients.
- Prepare morning notes, e.g. updating US Stocks market and worldwide stock markets on daily morning meeting, ensuring client satisfaction and informed investment decisions.
- Support client on boarding in a professional manner.
- Identify the needs and expectations of customers and refer to relevant business team.
- Assist in handling different types of customer enquiry to enhance customer satisfaction via telephone, email, online platforms and face-to-face.
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver quality service of company standard.
- Obtain feedback from customers on the service delivered and recommend improvement plan as appropriate.
Job Requirements
- University graduate, preferably in mathematics or related disciplines.
- Holder of SFC type 1.
- Relevant experience in Foreign Stock dealing service in securities firm will be an advantage.
- Proactive, patient, good services attitude, strong communication skills and detailed oriented.
- Willing to learn and a good team player.
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Demonstrate knowledge in the U.S. stock market is an advantage.
- Be self-motivated and eager to embrace challenges.
- Night shift experience and availability is a must.
