Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position
Job Duties
- Handle general Compliance mandates
- Maintaining and developing the compliance program/policies (SFC)
- Conduct AML/CFT Sanctions related task
- Providing compliance advice to the business
- Compliance monitoring and liaising with regulators
- Handling FATCA, QI and CRS issues and Liaise with regulators on compliance related issues.
- Support ad hoc requests from the Business and Senior Management
Job Requirements
- Degree or above with major in Finance, Accounting, Risk or Law Degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in compliance preferably in RA9 business
- Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Familiar with regulatory environment in regional financial industry
