Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Specialize in Equity Capital Markets Origination, Pitching and Execution
- Focus in Pitching and manage equity capital markets transactions with coverage in IPOs, equity placements, pre-IPO investments and fundraising exercises
- Independently source and drive ECM deals successfully including IPO's, Placing (Equity and CB)
- Prepare and review pitch book for ECM related projects
- Solicit new business opportunities in respect to pre-IPO, IPO, and Placing projects
Job Requirements
- University degree holder in Finance, Economics or related disciplines
- 5 years’ experience in Equity Capital Markets transaction execution with IPO based in Hong Kong
- Proven track record in transaction execution with strong awareness of industry and market developments
- HKSI Qualification under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1, 4 & 9
- With solid institutional investor base / Clients Investor and access to listed companies
- Self-initiative, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise effectively with the business and supporting units
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
