The Successful Applicant will handle full set of books and also work with our Payroll Services Team to process payroll for our clients. On the job training for the relevant labour law rules and regulations will be provided.

Responsibilities:-
- Handle AR, AP and other general accounting.
- Work with the Payroll Services Team to process payroll for clients.
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Ordinance in respect of employee compensation, and accuracy in calculating MPF, leave pay, minimum wage, etc.
- Prepare billing to clients.
- Manage Accounts Receivable including the follow up of outstanding billings and reconciliation of receipts to bank statements.
- Prepare MPF submission / Tax filing and related admin matters.
- Assist the Payroll Services Team in generating ad hoc reports to clients.
- Assist management in projects related to accounting and payroll service operations.
