Administration Manager (HK$30K - $45K) (Ref. No.: 26204)

Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • Manage a team of company drivers and arranging roaster
  • Company events management and catering arrangement
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Liaise with internal and external parties such as vendors, suppliers and Departmental Secretaries
  • Support on General Office administration tasks
  • Handle ad hoc projects

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 6 years of office administration experience in sizable company, preferred with experience in Banking / Financial Institutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player and able to dealing with different levels of people
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Good command of both Spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a MUST)
