Job Duties
- Draft correspondence, announcements and internal circular
- Formulate, implement and review administration policies and procedures
- Maintain document filing system, manage in/out mails and documents
- Prepare reports for management’s review
- Liaise with Banking Association and HKMA
- Stay abreast of banking regulations and national/international policy change
- Monitor and ensure the internal operations are compiled with the rules and regulations of regulators and internal guideline
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 4 years of relevant experience in banking industry
- Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese
- Able to work independently, attentive to details with good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
