Assistant Operation Manager/Manager – Bills / Trade Finance (HK$35K - $45K)
Our client, a Chinese Bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Process bills transactions and trade services in professional manner
- Prepare trade processing reports and ad hoc reporting
- Perform documents checking according to standard practices
- Play the checker role on import/export bills transactions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and guidelines
- Participate in system enhancement and conduct UAT
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above with at least 4 years of experience in bills / trade finance operations in banking industry
- Detail minded with good interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin is a MUST)
