Facilities Officer, Luxury Retail (Ref. No.: 26834)

Our client, a Luxury Brand, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • Conduct regular inspections of retail store facilities to identify any issues or areas requiring maintenance or repair
  • Coordinate with store managers and contractors to schedule and oversee all facility-related projects, including renovations, repairs, and upgrades
  • Manage the procurement and allocation of facility supplies, equipment, and services within budgetary guidelines
  • Monitor utility usage and costs for each retail location, and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce consumption and costs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies related to retail facilities
  • Respond promptly to emergency facility issues, such as power outages, plumbing problems, or weather-related damages
  • Maintain detailed records of all facility-related work orders, expenses, and project timelines
  • Provide regular reports to management on the condition of retail facilities and any significant issues or projects
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to develop and implement long-term maintenance and improvement plans

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or commercial facilities management role
  • Working knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and facility management best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using facility management software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
