Human Resources Manager/ Assistant HR Manager – Luxury Retail (Ref. No.: 26138)

Our client, a well-known Luxury Brand, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, ER, and L&D, etc.
  • Coach employees and management on HR issues, policies, practices and programs.
  • Advice and mentor managers on recruitment process, internal talent progression and engagement.
  • Support managers to develop and implement workforce policies, procedures and systems to support the business vision, values and business priorities.
  • Be the voice for management on any employee relations, need for policy and procedure improvement, training needs.
  • Contribute to the business strategy by helping stakeholders to identify and grow business capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
  • Be part of project planning, implementation and follow up for all new initiatives.
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years related working experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in various employment laws and practices.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, flexible and perseverance with can-do attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • HR experience in Retail industry preferred.
