Human Resources Manager/ Assistant HR Manager – Luxury Retail (Ref. No.: 26138)
Our client, a well-known Luxury Brand, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, ER, and L&D, etc.
- Coach employees and management on HR issues, policies, practices and programs.
- Advice and mentor managers on recruitment process, internal talent progression and engagement.
- Support managers to develop and implement workforce policies, procedures and systems to support the business vision, values and business priorities.
- Be the voice for management on any employee relations, need for policy and procedure improvement, training needs.
- Contribute to the business strategy by helping stakeholders to identify and grow business capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
- Be part of project planning, implementation and follow up for all new initiatives.
- Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- A minimum of 4 years related working experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience in various employment laws and practices.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, flexible and perseverance with can-do attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- HR experience in Retail industry preferred.
