Our client, a financial institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Take in charge of the Reception Counter and handle telephone enquiries
- Greet and provide assistance to incoming guests and clients
- Provide logistic support for venue set-up for meetings and training
- Render support in office administration e.g. delivery of document, courier arrangement
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year’s experience in office reception and administrative duties
- Excellent telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant, self-motivated and able to work independently
