Job Duties
- Introduce Card Loan and Personal Loan Products and Services to clients through telemarketing activities
- Promote the latest marketing campaigns and new services to clients
- Develop and acquire new and potential clients
- Execute client retention and retrieval programme
Job Requirements
- Secondary education
- With telemarketing / telesales operation / customer service experience in Banking Sector OR Insurance Sector OR Financial Institution
- Customer-oriented with good communications skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
