Responsibilities:-
- Work with the Payroll Services Team to perform payroll calculation for clients
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Ordinance in respect of employee compensation
- Ensure correct payroll calculation including MPF, leave pay, minimum wage, etc.
- Manage payment instructions
- Prepare billing to clients
- Manage Accounts Receivable including the follow up of outstanding billings and reconciliation of receipts to bank statements
- Prepare MPF / Tax filing and relate admin
- Assist the Payroll Services Team in generating ad hoc reports to clients
- Handle the posting of payroll services transactions to the ledger
- Handle the payment and accounting related to office expenses
- Handle the accounting related matters for the other revenue and activities of the Company
- Assist management in projects related to accounting and payroll service operations
- Improve internal process and conduct process reengineering projects
