Assistant HR Manager (HK$30K - $38K) (Ref. No.: 26453)
Our client, a Chinese based Bank is now urgently looking for a seasoned HR Professional to join their team.
工作职责
- Provide one-stop HR support to designated Business Units as an individual contributor
- Provide all rounded HR advisory / support to line managers on end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, staff performance management to cope with the business growth
- Work closely with the line managers in the year-end bonus and salary review exercise
- Build and maintain strong partnership with line manager, internal HR teams and external vendors
- Ensure the hiring process is compliance with the Bank’s policy and regulatory requirements
- Prepare periodic HR reports for management’s review
- Support in HR recruitment strategy planning and procedures reviews
工作要求
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in banking sector
- Well-versed in HK and PRC Employment Ordinance
- Sounds knowledge in staff on-boarding operations
- Proactive, independent with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good coordination and problem solving skills
- Fluent Spoken and Written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
