Assistant HR Manager (HK$30K - $38K) (Ref. No.: 26453)

Our client, a Chinese based Bank is now urgently looking for a seasoned HR Professional to join their team.

Job Duties

  • Provide one-stop HR support to designated Business Units as an individual contributor
  • Provide all rounded HR advisory / support to line managers on end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, staff performance management to cope with the business growth
  • Work closely with the line managers in the year-end bonus and salary review exercise
  • Build and maintain strong partnership with line manager, internal HR teams and external vendors
  • Ensure the hiring process is compliance with the Bank’s policy and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare periodic HR reports for management’s review
  • Support in HR recruitment strategy planning and procedures reviews

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in banking sector
  • Well-versed in HK and PRC Employment Ordinance
  • Sounds knowledge in staff on-boarding operations
  • Proactive, independent with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good coordination and problem solving skills
  • Fluent Spoken and Written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
