Administrative Assistant (HK$18K - $22K) (Ref. No.: 27295)

Our client, a Public Listed Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作职责

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including backend sales operation, maintaining sales records.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Manage customer accounts and update systems with accurate information.
  • Respond to customer & suppliers’ inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product information and support to customers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

工作要求

  • Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales administration and customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
