Our client, a Public Listed Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作职责
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including backend sales operation, maintaining sales records.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Manage customer accounts and update systems with accurate information.
- Respond to customer & suppliers’ inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information and support to customers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
工作要求
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales administration and customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
