Administrative Assistant / Receptionist (HK$16K - $18K)
Global Exec was established in 1996 with offices in Hong Kong and Guangzhou. Due to our rapid expansion, we are currently seeking talent candidate to join our professional and successful team.
工作职责
- Handle the reception related tasks such as greeting guest, answering incoming calls, handling courier and arranging meeting rooms etc.
- Support the admin team on other office administration work
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks
- With career path to develop into Assistant Human Resources Officer for the right Staff
- Previous working experience with customer service, sales support etc. are also welcome to apply if you have strong desire to develop your career path in HR area
工作要求
- F.6 / Higher Diploma in any disciplines
- At least 1 year working experience in middle / large size company
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Proficiency in typing both English and Chinese
- Excellent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn
- Fast paced, flexible, detail-minded, proactive, mature and self-motivated
- Hard working and be willing to OT when needed
- Immediate available will be advantage
