Assistant Project Manager / Quality Management Officer – Banking (HK$30K - $55K) (Ref. No.: 27551)
Our client, a Retail Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作职责
- Define, negotiate, and implement internal quality / testing procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to review test automation specs and executions.
- Partner with dev teams to enhance deliverable quality.
- Draft QA reports, procedures, and coordinate meetings / initiatives across IT and business.
- Gather, analyze, and share quality management data and stats.
工作要求
- University degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years IT experience + for manager grade, strong grasp of agile and test automation; Lesser experienced will be considered for the junior roles.
- Hands-on with Selenium, Appium, TestComplete, or UFT One preferred.
- Certifications in QM, PMP, or Scrum Master a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills; multilingual in English, Cantonese, Mandarin preferred.
- Self-motivated, analytical, adaptable to multitasking and priorities; strong Chinese / English writing.
