Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作职责
- Working hours: Monday to Friday; 8:50am – 5:50pm
- Location: Multiple branches - Hong Kong / Kowloon / New Territories
- To comb queue and assist customers with transactions at Self Service banking kiosks
- Assist in customers’ general enquiries
- Assist customer with banking transactions using branch Self Service banking kiosks
- To assist customers with internet banking transaction
- To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
工作要求
- Post secondary school or above
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering quality service
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Cantonese. Good Mandarin as a plus
