Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作职责

Infrastructure Setup: Lead the infrastructure buildout, ranging from connectivity to liquidity providers, trade execution, risk management policy and client communication
Sales Strategy: lead the sales strategy and build institutional clients’ relationships, especially FX Option clients on top of our current FX offerings
Regulation: understand the regulatory requirement for marketing and client interaction
Client Engagement: provide industry updates, product education, and strategic advice to clients, ensuring they are informed of relevant market developments and opportunities
Monitor performance, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in Asia region

工作要求

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in active FX market, options or IRS, CCS dealing
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies
Understanding of credit management framework, and able to train risk team
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
