工作职责
- Define and implement regional CRM and loyalty program strategies to strengthen customer relationships and boost sales
- Partner closely with Brand Management, Marketing Excellence, Media teams, as well as sales and e-commerce teams, to deliver targeted communication initiatives
- Align CRM activities with e-commerce, owned webshop, D2C channels, and local commercial teams to ensure seamless execution
- Analyze customer data to uncover behavioral insights and inform strategic decisions
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive performance marketing strategy; manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to achieve key KPIs
- Ensure compliance with regional data protection and privacy regulations
工作要求
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a (Senior) Manager in CRM and Performance Marketing, ideally within a premium brand environment
- Deep, current expertise across both disciplines
- Strong relationship-building, leadership, and networking abilities
- Consumer-centric mindset with a proven track record of delivering results
- High business acumen and commercial orientation
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and agility
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders outside direct reporting lines; excellent communication skills
- International experience or strong mobility, with willingness to travel
