Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作职责
- Manage day-to-day custodian administration for Fund Custodian, Corporate Trust, QDII, QFII, RQFII, Note Trustee, SFC authorized funds regulations, KYC, FATCA, CRS etc.
- Review and perform checking of related legal documentation
- Plan, manage and control all aspects of custodian administration process operations by liaison with custodians, fund managers, brokers and counterparties
工作要求
- University degree holder
- With Law Background is an advantage
- Solid experience in custodian administration / custodian middle office for Fund Custodian
- Corporate Trust, QDII, QFII, RQFII, Note Trustee, SFC authorized funds regulations, KYC, FATCA, CRS etc.
- Experience in Operation procedure implementation and system enhancement will be an advantage
- Self-initiative, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese with fluent spoken in Cantonese and Mandarin
