Deputy General Manager, Private Banking (Ref. No.: 27880)

Our client, a Leading Banking Group is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position

Lead a sizeable team of Private Banking Department and develop private banking wealth management business strategies / financial solutions to Private Banking clients in Mainland China and Hong Kong
Oversee the Department in new business opportunities for providing the Private Bank’s wealth management products selection and services to high net worth clients
Manage business plans of wealth management and investment portfolios for high net worth clients
Manage new clients segment acquisition and monitor sales revenue by conducting sales activities for business
Implement AML / CFT, regulatory compliance, operational risk management under private banking
Strengthen existing customer relationships by providing investment advice and delivering exclusive premium customer services

University Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting
Holder of Type 1 and Type 4 Licenses are a MUST
With currently holding Securities Executive Officer (EO) License is preferred OR
With Insurance TR license Holder OR currently holding an Insurance Responsible Officer (RO) License is preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in private banking business and operations with Senior Management Grading
Strong people management experience in team leadership with serving private banking clients for providing wealth management products selection and services in Private Banking sector is a MUST
Good connection with high net worth clients in private banking from Mainland China and Hong Kong
Sound knowledge in wealth management and investment products
Self-initiative, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise effectively with the business and supporting units
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
