Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作职责

To support Technical Support Leader to implement, deliver and support IT solutions.
To perform solution implementation, including user requirement study, system analysis, solution design, testing and production rollout.
To study, refine and implement Corporate Workflow opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the process.
To help the business growth by exploring and studying IT opportunities in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), billing operation and workflow initiatives.
To manage vendors, business partners and contractors to deliver the IT solutions within the project timeline and cost, and ensure the quality of the deliverables.
To lead the support team providing support and maintenance to Corporate IT systems.

工作要求

Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Information Systems / Systems Engineering or a related discipline.
Professional certifications in Software Development / Scrum Master/ Project Management are preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in IT.
Experience in requirement study, system analysis and design, system rollout, system support and vendor management.
Experience in corporate systems such as ERP, billing systems, and workflow platforms. Experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, cloud technologies and Al technologies.
Experience in ServiceNow, Oracle Database, Microsoft SOL Server, SOL, JavaEE and SharePoint.
Knowledge of airport operation, billing and financial processes is an advantage.
Ability to take on a technical and consulting leadership role.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
