We are looking for an Executive Director with rich experience in investment banking and M&A, focusing on overseas M&A projects in hard technology industries such as communications electronics. This position requires excellent transaction execution, financial analysis and cross-cultural communication skills to promote the fund's investment strategy in overseas markets.
- Lead and execute the entire process of overseas M&A projects, including transaction structure design, due diligence, negotiation and delivery.
- Work closely with intermediaries such as investment banks, law firms, accounting firms, etc. to ensure smooth transactions.
- Analyze the financial status, valuation and risks of the target company and provide investment advice.
- Coordinate the internal resources of the fund to ensure that the project is completed on time and in line with the fund's investment strategy.
- Participate in the fund's investment decision-making and provide professional advice on transaction execution.
