Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作职责
- Leading the development and maintenance of application systems for banking applications
- Define, review, and maintain the application development policies and procedures to ensure to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Oversee effective systems development processes, providing guidance to project teams throughout the development life cycle
- Report on project progress and operational performance to senior management and stakeholders
- Communicate technology-related matters to internal and external stakeholders, including the Management, Board, and regulatory bodies
- Manage and develop IT staffs, conduct divisional and workflow reviews to identify and implement improvements
- Handle the implementation of the Protection of Critical Infrastructures (Computer Systems) Ordinance in relation to IT Application Development
工作要求
- University education preferably majoring in computer science, information technology or related disciplines
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in developing real time as well as batch systems involving multiple ranges environments preferably gained from banking sector of which at least 8 years at managerial position with large scale team size over 50 teammates
- Sound knowledge of formal system development methods for mission critical, 24-hour systems
- Solid project management skills, strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
