Compensation & Benefits Strategy:
- Develop, implement, and manage innovative compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure competitive positioning.
- Administer annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and adjustments in line with corporate guidelines.
- Design and enhance employee benefits programs, such as medical insurance and retirement plans.
Payroll & Budget Management:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for Hong Kong and provide support for Macau payroll.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of personnel costs, promoting cost-awareness.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, labor, and employment regulations in Hong Kong and Macau.
- Administer employee onboarding/offboarding, records management, and policy implementation.
- Address employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
HR Systems & Projects:
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (e.g., SAP, Flex).
- Support HR system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR processes and policies.
