Information Security Manager

Our client, an expanding Financial Services Institution is looking for high calibre IT professional to take up the new role in Hong Kong.

Responsible for oversight of all aspect of Information Security management.
Provide day-to-day direction and management security activities for bank IT projects.
Partner with IT, cross-functional teams, third party vendor to track, execute, deliver and report on IS project progress.
Provide development and support on Cybersecurity solution.
Oversee firewall, load-balancer, VPN and authentication functions, etc. with a focus toward network security operations.

Degree or above in Computer Studies, Information Systems or related disciplines.
5 to 8 years of relevant Information Technology Risk, Information Security experience.
Strong understanding of financial services industries is preferable.
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CEH, ISO Lead Auditor preferred.
Technical knowledge of firewall, IPS/IDP, security event management, etc.
Good communication and interpersonal skills across different levels of management.
Well organize, good time management & able to work under pressure.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin preferable).
