IPO Associate, Investment Bank (Ref. No.: 27632)

Our client, a Leading Investment Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Assist in execution for IPO Projects, Pre-IPO Investments, Merger & Acquisition Projects and Financial Advisory
Provide liaison and advisory to clients and monitor the execution process based on regulatory requirements
Prepare Pitchbook and Financial Due Diligence
Perform client pitches, documentation review, market research etc

University degree holder in Finance, Economics or related disciplines
3 years’ experience in IPO Projects, Pre-IPO Investments, Merger & Acquisition Projects from Audit Firm IPO Team OR from Investment Banks in Hong Kong
Experience in preparing Pitchbook
With HKSI Qualification under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1, 4 will be preferable
Sound knowledge in Hong Kong listing rules and takeover code
Self-initiative, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise effectively with the business and supporting units
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
