Lead Application Architecture Specialist - Financial Institution (HK$70 - $90K)
Our client, a Leading Consumer Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作职责
- Manage a team of application system development professionals to perform feasibility study, system design, development and implementation of the Company's application systems as well as to provide production support
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business partners, UAT team, DevOps team and vendors if any, to ensure the overall deliverables can meet business objectives
- Ensure project deadlines are met with high quality software
- Evaluate systems effectiveness, undertake management of problem analysis and diagnosis, maintenance and enhancement of the application systems
- Define and implement design & coding standards and code reviews. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Provide supervision and guidance of staff, promote professional growth and technical Excellence
工作要求
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 15 years of relevant software development experience, with a strong focus on cloudnative technologies and proven expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration. Knowledge in financial sector or payment systems are preferred
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, JavaScript (Node.js), for backend development and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with frontend technologies including JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js), HTML, CSS, and TypeScript
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and DevOps tools
- Knowledge of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience leveraging AI assisted development tools (i.e. Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance development efficiency, code quality and productivity is an advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage remote teams and work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
