Legal Counsel - Insurance (HK$60K - $85K) (Ref. No.: 25726)
Our client, a fast growing insurance company is now urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their team.
工作职责
- Draft and review contracts, legal agreements, marketing literature, product documents, policy terms and conditions
- Provide legal advisory and support to business units
- Liaise with external lawyers and follow up on litigation case
- Responsible for legal issues covered general corporate and regulatory matters
- Review and draft guidelines, procedures and policies
- Perform ad hoc projects
工作要求
- Degree holder in Laws or related disciplines and PQE preferred
- At least 3 years post qualification experience
- In-house legal experience gained from Insurance or Banking & Finance sector
- Knowledge of the insurance regulatory requirements is a MUST
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Legal Counsel
