Project Manager / PMO Analyst (HK$32,000 to HK$38,000 per month) (Ref. No.: 25626)

Our client is an Asia-headquartered financial services group with an integrated global network spanning over 30 countries.

The individual will be responsible for user communication, project management and governance.

Liaise with internal customers and stakeholders to capture infrastructure requirements
Act as project manager for specific domestic, regional projects for the group
Keep track of project scope, schedule, budget, communications, risks and issues
Arrange project meeting and prepare minutes
Track project timelines and deliverables; create status reports
Prepare communication email with end-users, project resources and stakeholders across IT Infrastructure, application teams and businesses
Liaise with technical teams and stakeholders on Infrastructure related tasks
File communication documents of Infrastructure activities for the technology group
Check implementation activities : Change tickets, resource availability, check list and contact list, etc
Handle billing for the IT teams; require understanding and improving the workflow, as well as working with sourcing and payment teams

3+ Years in Project Management / PMO roles
Ability to communicate and collaborate with IT vendors and other departments (Corporate Service)
High efficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
Organized, able to evaluate and manage priorities, able to handle an ever-changing environment
Business level English (written and verbal)
Proactive and strong sense of ownership to see tasks through completion
Logical, analytical and pragmatic thinking to deliver value added solutions to the business
Experience working as a part of or with global teams
General IT risk awareness
