Our client, a Retail Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Automation Lead / Technical Specialist

Framework Integration: Identify and integrate advanced automated testing frameworks tailored to the unique requirements of our various banking ecosystems.
Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical lead in discussions with external solution providers to ensure their products meet the bank’s rigorous operational standards.
Infrastructure Alignment: Orchestrate the setup and environment configuration of testing tools by aligning vendor capabilities with internal IT infrastructure.
Cultural Advocacy: Drive a bank-wide cultural shift toward automation, educating developers and business stakeholders on how to leverage these tools for faster delivery.
Maintenance & Support: Guarantee the health of the testing environment by providing high-tier troubleshooting and continuous maintenance for all deployed automation tools.

IT Quality & Security Manager

Standard Setting: Determine, negotiate, and agree on in-house quality / testing procedures, standards, and specifications.
Quality Oversight: Work with system development and business teams to engage and review test automation specifications, executions, and overall deliverable quality.
Reporting & Governance: Write comprehensive QA reports and procedures; collect, analyze, and distribute data regarding quality management statistics.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate QA meetings and initiatives among IT departments and business users to ensure alignment.

Automation Lead / Technical Specialis

Academic Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Engineering Expertise: A solid track record in software engineering; prior exposure to the complexities of banking applications is highly prioritized.
Tooling Proficiency: Practical expertise in industry-standard tools (e.g., TestComplete, Selenium, Playwright) and a passion for emerging technologies.
DevOps Integration: A clear understanding of how to weave automated checks into CI/CD workflows and manage code via version control.
Bilingual Communication: The ability to articulate technical concepts clearly in both English and Chinese to cater to diverse internal and external partners.

IT Quality & Security Manager

Professional Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in IT (lesser experience will be considered for junior positions), with a strong grasp of Agile methodology.
Software Competency: Hands-on experience using Selenium, Appium, TestComplete, and UFT One.
Certifications: Certification in QM, PMP, or Scrum Master is a definite advantage.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong analytical mind, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under changing priorities.
Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with professional writing skills in both Chinese and English.
