Senior Associate / VP, Private Equity (Technology focused) (Ref. No.: 27231)

Our client, a leading Private Equity Firm, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Conduct market research from primary literature, proprietary databases and tailored industry surveys etc.
Analysis of survey and other Technology infrastructure related datasets
Write company specific and thematic investment-driven research reports
Assist in financial due diligence process, financial modelling and liaise with external professional parties on deal execution process
Keep abreast of industry specific market conditions
Perform ad hoc assignments as per management requests
Business travel for due diligence work

Degree holder in Engineering or related discipline;
4-5 years of industry experience in Technology Infrastructure, data centre, cloud technology, or relevant working experience
Strong deal execution track record from buyside is preferrable
Well familiar in financial and accounting concepts
Self-driven, highly responsible and able to work independently
Well organized and detailed oriented
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong command of written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English
Candidates with more experience can be considered as VP level
