Job Opening - Global Executive

Our client, a Chinese bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Own the end-to-end annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes for Corporate Banking, ensuring close alignment with the division’s strategic priorities and financial objectives.
Conduct in-depth variance analysis versus budget and forecast, pinpointing primary drivers, emerging risks, and potential upside opportunities.
Champion initiatives to optimize RWA efficiency, RORWA, and ECL outcomes; assess and provide guidance on how interest rate movements affect portfolio profitability.
Provide high-quality strategic financial analysis to support key business decisions, covering profitability assessment, cost control, and growth-focused initiatives.
Produce clear, concise, and insight-driven management reports that articulate financial performance, key trends, and forward-looking outlook for senior management reviews and ALCO meetings.
Build and refine financial models and executive dashboards to automate reporting workflows, enhance data accuracy, and boost overall operational efficiency.

Degree holder or above in Finance or other related disciplines;
Qualified accountant is highly preferred;
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably within Corporate Banking;
Strong in report-writing, proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights and narratives;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders;
Advanced skills in financial modelling, complex formulas and data analysis; experience with BI tools is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
