Senior Operations Manager – Brokerage Channel (HK$50K - $60K) (Ref. No.: 27244)
Our client, a well-established life insurance company is now urgently looking for high caliber candidate to join their team.
工作职责
- Lead and monitor the operation team to provide admin support and handle enquiries from brokers, including HNW brokers and clients
- Responsible for case management, coordinate with business development team and internal operation departments such as underwriting, claims, policy admin, etc.
- Work with IT department and vendor in order to perform system enhance, drive and implement digital transformation projects for improving operation efficiency
- Ensure the quality of services delivered from the team meets the Company standard and regulatory requirement
- Review and implement policy, operation procedures and workflow to improve operational efficiency and service quality
- Investigate and resolve escalated cases from team members and to ensure provide the best business solutions to customers and distribution channels
- Perform ad hoc projects
工作要求
- University graduates with 10 years' solid job experience on distribution support in insurance industry
- Ability to manage and motivate team to meets KPIs
- Experience in driving system enhancement, process review and UAT especially on digitalization and automation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure and deal with people from different backgrounds
- Strong analytical, problem solving and business thinking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin
