- Define and implement localized business strategies aligned with brand's global vision
- Oversee P&L, budget allocation, and market positioning to drive sustainable growth
- Optimize the retail network through strategic expansion and performance enhancement
- Strengthen trade partnerships and elevate boutique productivity through operational excellence
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and CRM strategies to reinforce brand desirability
- Develop high-impact digital and experiential activations to engage luxury consumers
- Curate market-specific product assortments and pricing strategies to maximize sell-through
- Ensure optimal inventory management aligned with demand forecasting
- Attract, develop, and retain high-potential retail talent through coaching and mentorship
- Foster a performance-driven culture grounded in brand's luxury ethos and client-centric values
工作要求
- 10+ years of experience in luxury brand management, ideally within Luxury Retail background
- Strategic leader with an entrepreneurial drive and full ownership mindset
- Exceptional communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Analytical thinker with a sharp business acumen and problem-solving ability
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken)
