• Provide technical support and enhancements for the Internal System and Software Assets Management (SAM).
• Upgrade internal application systems for the Internal System using Microsoft Office SharePoint.
• Assist to manage the inventory SAM system that using Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) on a virtualization platform.
• Assist to support for IT security risk assessment and audit.
• Assist to support the IT security for the Proxy Appliances on the Windows / Unix platform according to IT Security Policy and Guidelines.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines.
• 4+ years experience in systems support.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office SharePoint, Microsoft SQL Server and Data / File Backup Technology.
• Knowledge or experience in Proxy Appliances.
