To provide administrative support to office, e.g. answering of phone calls, handling of mails and faxes, greeting to candidates / visitors, order of pantry supplies, control of stationery stock, office equipment maintenance, photocopy, filing and scanning.
- To maintain office tidiness including conference & meeting rooms, open areas and pantry.
- To conduct the orientation to all new contractors.
- To perform some outdoor work (cheque bank-in and posting in needs).
Under our comprehensive 2 years training program
- To support the Outsourcing Team, focus on the Payroll Process (Salary and Commission Calculation, MPF / Tax Filing and related admin).
- To manage Banking Customers, Government, Utilities for their Payroll Management.
