Deskside System Engineer – Bank (HK$50K - $60K) (Ref. No.: 26716)
Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作職責
- To ensure the desktop & endpoint configuration standard compliance in the Bank
- Assist Technical Services Manager for project management on projects related to Deskside rollout and new solution implementation
- Support execution of security patch installation and software update
- Provide support for troubleshooting of Windows 10 technical issue
- Handle workstation vulnerability scanning and follow up action
- Respond and handle security agents like Anti-virus, EDR, SOC
- Prepare regular report on KRI, DLP, etc
工作要求
- University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in support Microsoft Windows desktop platform, with experience in banking and financial institute preferred
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in patch management system such as SCCM or WSUS or relevant system
- Experience on using PowerShell scripting or batch
- Certification holder of related Microsoft and ITIL qualification will be an added advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
