工作職責
- As a VIP Ambassador and present the passion to Watch & Jewelry
- Welcome clients and provide excellent customer experience
- Develop the VIP client base utilizing exiting client details as well as new
- Maintain relations with existing clients while developing new clients and business
- Organize, plan and schedule VIP visits, managing a schedule
- Provide High Jewelry advice
工作要求
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in luxury jewelry business
- Customer centric and desire to deliver quality and personalized customer service
- Possesses GIA certificate is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of English and Mandarin
