Our client, an Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作職責
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial, administrative, personal, project management and business support to CEO
- Arrange appointments, meetings, business & personal trips, ensure the smooth running of daily agenda
- Prepare agenda, minute, reports, correspondence and presentation materials
- Maintain filing in a systematic and professional manner
- Assist in meeting logistics and follow-up on delegated task to ensure progress of deadlines and keep project on schedule
- Liaise and coordinate between senior management and various internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate special project and ad hoc assignments
工作要求
- University graduate with at least 5 years working experience in servicing Senior Management in Banking & Finance or sizable company
- Presentable, meticulous, organized, multi-task and detail oriented
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Good command in English & Chinese, both written and spoken is a must
- Immediately available is preferred
