工作职责
- Deliver professional and friendly service via the customer service hotline and customer counter.
- Manage inbound calls, including appointment booking, order processing, and general inquiry resolution.
- Address and resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Cultivate positive customer relationships through attentive listening and proactive engagement.
- Introduce and promote company products and services appropriately based on customer needs.
- Conduct professional follow-ups to ensure customer requests are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Gather and document customer feedback to support ongoing service and process improvements.
- Perform basic administrative tasks related to counter operations.
工作要求
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service role; Fresh graduates with a passion for service are highly encouraged to apply

- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese is essential.
